I continue to have very high confidence that the CIDC will get this boardwalk year round in 2012. Year round development is why the CIDC was created. It has taken too long, but it is finally happening. The neighborhood economy needs it to happen very badly, and the CIDC has an extremely focused and dedicated President right now.
